After listening to multiple presidents and CEO’s speak I just came to a conclusion. They to are not worried much about there product! What I mean by this is they already know and teach that the most important thing in there business is there people. I just finished up a small series of blogs that helped me see the light. I read several blogs and realized, right there at that moment, the presidents and the CEO’s really never focus much energy on the product. Why do you think that is?  While it seems that the products should really be there focus you quickly see that the nature of business is people. Let’s take a look at some examples:   

I have a really big warehouse and it is filled to the rim with toys. What is it going to take to make these toys get from this building to distributors? Yep, the answer is people. 

So I have a pasture and it has four horses and a cow in it. I drive to my mother’s house 500 miles away and the animals need feed, dilemma right? Not if I hire people to feed them! 

So if the product needs people to distribute it, then the pay plan needs to be really attractive to get folks onboard. What I have seen over and over again is that if someone talks about the products and not the wealth that they are creating then the interest is lost and so are the people. Listen to every great business speaker out there and you will hear, “This is the best and most unique pay system ever developed.” They are never saying that the product is better then the pay. Now a great product does gather the people interest but the reason they are there is not the product it is the sale and what the outcome of the sale is. 

Here at Own Your Channel we have recognized this. Our interests are best founded by getting the required three people. A channel is you and your three people. In most models, if you want to go from one company to another you can only take your direct sponsored people. The advantage to our model is that three people are all you will ever need. You won’t maximize the compensation plan of any one company this way but you will most often make a large sum of cash and have a matrix that is maximizing the customer volumes. 

By the way this is exactly what the presidents and CEO’s show us but we don’t seem listening. Typically put like this, “You could make this amount if you have three people who get there three people and they do this nine levels deep.” The benefit outweighs the responsibility! In Own Your Channel, all you have to do is recruit your three and they need to do the same. What separates us from the MLM’s is that we are a social network that builds there network on the cheap and socializes with other members to get there ideas and feedback before ever joining a portfolio company. When was the last time an MLM asked you top join when your team is built? 

In conclusion, I would like to make this one last statement! Worry about the people that you can help right now not the people who can’t get the channels dream. If you needed to get three people and show them how to get there three then do it as you are the only block in the road to success. Anyone who knows people are the most important commodities on this planet will know that this is the right time and the right place. Build big and build now as the 26th of October is closing in fast!
