OYC provides all the tools necessary for building your team first.  This includes replicated websites and back office functionality.  Without these tools, how would you develop your team?  Where would you send people who wanted to sign up on your team?  Where would they send their contacts after signing up? These tools cost money and time.  OYC makes them available to its members for only $9 per month.

In addition, OYC provides its members with a list of pre-approved companies called Portfolio Companies.  These companies are chosen based on a stringent list of requirements.  OYC members can feel confident that their team will be placed into companies that are ethical and compensate their sales force well.

OYC is more than a one-trick pony.  You will earn money from multiple companies using the same team.  OYC has negotiated with each Portfolio Company in order to get the best possible deal for our members.  Many times this equates to the waiving of enrollment fees and other perks offered exclusively to OYC members.  Portfolio Companies understand the OYC business plan and any problems with their Policies and Procedures are addressed during these negotiations.
