When a company is selected as a “Portfolio Company”, it has already gone through a vigorous vetting process.  The targeted company is made aware of the OYC business plan so there are no surprises after partnering with them.  If they have policies and procedures that disallow OYC members to run their businesses as they please, we either have them change the policy or we partner with a different company.

On the OYC side, it’s important to understand that there is no wall between OYC corporate and the field like in so many Network Marketing companies.  All OYC corporate members must build teams just like any other member of OYC in order to get paid.
